Jacksonville, FL 32218

Finding the North Jacksonville clinic
The clinic is on N Main St (US 17), north of I-295, in the part of Duval County that runs up toward the airport and the Nassau County line. For many Northside patients that means a short trip on local roads instead of a drive across the river to the Southside.
- Suite 302 is our check-in point for this location.
- Use the Get directions link to plan your route from home or work.
What we treat at N Main St
The North Jacksonville clinic offers the full range of services available at our Southside clinic. Some providers see patients on set days, so ask about timing when you book.
After a crash or injury
Evaluations by our medical doctors and APRN, including Florida PIP Emergency Medical Condition evaluations when the exam supports one, car accident injury care, and Florida workers’ comp care for job injuries.
Hands-on and rehab care
Chiropractic adjustments (Diversified Technique and the Activator Method), physical therapy, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and functional movement and balance training.
Testing
Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies, videonystagmography (VNG), eye tracking and neurological assessments.
Specialty care
Interventional pain management with a visiting physician, occupational and sports medicine, and psychiatry for car accident patients, in person or by telepsychiatry.
Cash-pay technology
Storz Medical focused and radial shockwave therapy, Aspen Ascent Class IV laser and Storz EMTT. These are not billed to insurance.
Paperwork that claims depend on
MMI determinations and impairment ratings, OWCP and Longshore forms, and records requests for attorneys.
Conditions we commonly see include whiplash, neck pain, back pain and shoulder pain and rotator cuff injuries.
Injury care for port, shipyard and federal workers
Two of JAXPORT’s cargo terminals, Blount Island and Dames Point, are on the Northside, and the shipping, stevedoring and logistics jobs around them bring many port workers to this part of town. A dock or terminal injury may fall under the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act rather than Florida workers’ comp. Our Longshore and Defense Base Act injury care page explains how your choice of doctor and the LS-1 form work.
Federal employees who live or work on the Northside, from postal carriers to civilian staff at federal facilities, can be seen here too. Federal work injuries run through the Department of Labor’s OWCP program. See our federal workers’ comp care page, and our plain-language OWCP forms guide for the CA-1, CA-16 and CA-17.
We are a medical clinic, not a claims office. We can document your injury, work status and restrictions, but the carrier or the Department of Labor makes coverage decisions.
Your care team
Our providers rotate between our two Jacksonville clinics. Depending on the day, you may see a chiropractic physician, a medical doctor, our APRN, a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, or a certified chiropractic physician’s assistant working under a chiropractic physician’s supervision. If you’d like to see a particular provider, ask when you call and we’ll look for a day that fits. You can meet the whole group on our team page.

Our Satisfied Customers
Services we don't offer
We don’t take Medicaid, slip-and-fall cases or assault cases, and MRI and other advanced imaging are referred out rather than done in-house. When something is outside our scope, our front desk will say so and help you find the right place.

Most injury care at East Coast Injury Clinic is covered through one of four paths: auto insurance PIP after a car accident, a personal injury attorney’s Letter of Protection, state workers’ compensation for a work injury, or federal workers’ compensation (OWCP or Longshore) if you are a federal or maritime employee. We also see patients under Medicare, Tricare, VA Community Care, and a limited number of private plans. Our front desk verifies coverage before your first visit and explains exactly what is and is not covered for your specific case, so there are no surprises.
